Strange Place: It's a Friday night on March 4th, 2010. I am at The Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the Stanly Cup Playoffs. I play for the Philadelphia Flyers in game 7 against the Pittsburg Penguins. The Fans are drunk and yelling profanity as we walk out onto the ice for the third period. The smell of nasty hockey sweat fills my nose as I sit on the bench waiting for the puck to drop. The game is tied at 3, and the whole team is anxious for the game to start again so we can get on the ice and win so we can advance to the next round. I see nothing but orange in the crowd as the fans are doing "the wave". The refs are "on their toes" worried about a brawls breaking out in this physical sport as the game gets heated. The goalies looking the most nervous because they don't want to let the game winning goal in the net.
Home: Today is a normal day at my house. I live with my brother and my mom in a 2 story house with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. I've been living in my house for 7 years, I moved from Clifton Heights. I'm in my room sitting at my desk like usual, next to my desk is my dresser with my T.V on top, my bed is on the other side of the room next to my closet. My mom walks in and says :
Mom: Hey, How was your day? Me: Good, How was yours? Mom: Not to good, I had a long day at work Me: Really? What happen? not that I care* Mom: Yea, I ran out of gas on my way to work and I ended up being late Me: that sucks, hopefully tomorrows better
