In this blog post I will post my Week 12 Reflection. As usual I will post the events I have faced over the past week in class and at home. Lately on our Reflections, my class and I have been assigned to comment on other peoples blog posts. The purpose of this is to get our class to read other peoples thoughts, Ideas, and opinions on each topic we write about. Therefore on my “In-class” comment I commented on Maxwell, William (Ryan)’s blog post. This post intrigued me because I agreed with a lot of the points he made and it was an interesting post to read. For my “other section” comment I chose to comment on Bevilacqua, John’s blog post. I usually like to comment on John’s posts because he is also an interesting blogger and its enjoyable to read what he has to say.
In Class-
This week in class we focused a lot on expanding our ideas for our I-Search paper. Our class broke into groups and within the groups each student talked about what they were thinking about writing their paper on. For example, I am thinking about writing my paper on the death penalty in American. I haven't decided on what part of the death penalty I can focus my paper on. The reason I am thinking about writing on the death penalty is because its a topic that has split opinions, it’s used all around the world , and there's a bunch of different ways in history the death penalty was carried out. A possible research question that my group suggested was “Is the Death Penalty Morally Right?”.
Home-
This week was a boring week because I felt like I was so busy. I had a lot of assignments due for my math and history class plus I had a quiz in my Psychology class. Also I had to spend a lot of my time at my grandma's fixing her house up for thanksgiving. Although there was a lot on my plate this week, I managed to finish everything.
